              1/ during this holiday downtime, i've been thinking a lot about the gooolgang and what my goals are. i started this as an educational project to teach myself about nfts and new ways to distribute art. i really just want to get cool art to people who appreciate cool art 🖤

            2/ as the gang has grown, i feel like it's gotten more difficult to get something to every single member. i feel pressure to move faster to make more in order to do this but i don't want to cut corners on my art and sacrifice quality

        4/ i originally thought that having an open mint would be good so that newcomers could still join but i guess that’s what secondary can be for 🤷🏻‍♀️ i can always take what i’ve learned so far and do another gen without the first gen perks if people just want a pfp by me

      5/ maybe the burn happy world of tezos is rubbing off on me but i really like the feeling of finality of just setting a date to close and let the community decide what size the edition/collection will be. no loose ends going into 2022

    6/ so before the end of the day on dec. 31, i'll stop the contract. i'll probably mint some extras to my own wallet so that the final number is nice and neat and so i have some to give away with future #gooolaroid auctions, etc.
