@doublesp33k @juanaxyz00 @FTMAlerts i think reframing from “leaders” to “guidance” would be helpful so it’s not so top down and single point of failure. need a way to distro the “power” by rewarding positive contributors to network health so that it comes to the front to guide, slash if behavior becomes bad
